CAPT Scores (by district) are going to be released at some point this morning. We have a lengthy, quasi-abstract post about taxes ready to go, but we’re going to hold off until we can get the CAPT scores up …
A great post over at Talk of West Hartford this morning about our town. Apparently, we’ve been ranked 76th out of the top 100 cities to live in according to CNN/Money magazine. Not bad, eh West Hartford?
